Seasonal Greeting Cards - Festive Seasons

Seasonal Greeting Cards for Festive Seasons

Dear Friends

Just like previous years, we would like to remind you not to send Seasonal Greeting Cards (Hard Copies) as is not a practical and a true way to celebrate the festive season!

Here is an option of the practical and true ways of celebration!
If you or your organization would like to celebrate Festive Seasons in the true and practical way in which it should be celebrated by helping people in need (especially our children) as well as our environment. Please consider the money budgeted for Seasonal Greeting Cards, which can be instead donated to any local community charities like C.C.F (Christian Children’s Fund), UNICEF (United Nations Children’s Fund), and World Vision Foundation of Thailand etc. In addition, your donation is tax deductible; moreover, payment can be done by credit cards which you can earn points from your donations as well.

By not sending Seasonal Greeting Cards, you may mention the reason at the end of all your correspondence as the footer during the festive season. This would create good public perception toward your company (see sample of footer and letter of announcement below for your kind consideration).

Thank you for your valuable times reading this message, if there is anything that I may assist; please do not hesitate to contact us. And if you think, this is good idea; please sell this idea to your colleagues.

With very best wished

We have not sent Greeting card this year, as we would like to celebrate Christmas in the true way in which it should be celebrated, helping people in need as well as our environment. Therefore, all money budgeted for Greeting cards is being donated to a local community charity C.C.F (Christian Children’s Foundation), paying the education fees for pool children in Thailand. Thank you for your understanding and please accept out best wishes for healthy and prosperous 2012 and successful start of the year”.
